With your maintenance package of choice you will receive the following:
  • Routine updates and revisions on existing pages.
  • Outdated link and broken image repairs.
  • All files updated to your server.
  • Online support of your web site. If you have a question with anything, please e-mail us and we will respond. It's that simple!
  • You will receive a monthly report on the number of hours debited from your account. With this report you are better able to adjust (if needed) which plan will work best for you in the future.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Updates are completed within 72 hours of the time they are received, except weekends and holidays. Updates receieved after 3:00pm EST are timestamped for the following business day.
  • "Maintenance" is defined as keeping the web site current. It is not intended to be a redesign or revamp. We reserve the right to distinguish between "maintenance" and "new design" items.
  • We are not a mobile phone company, and as such, hours do not "roll-over." If they did, we'd never catch up.
  • If paying annually, bonus hours that are included in your package may be used in any month, January through November at your discretion. To meet our customers needs during the busy month of December we must restrict the use of the "extra" hours.
