And we'll do it fairly. The rate is $60/hour - no minimums. Yes, that's a lot less than other web site design or website maintenance companies charge, but its a fair price.

Do you have maintenance packages?

If you plan on regular updates to your site on a monthly basis, it makes sense to have a maintenance contract. Under our maintenance contract, you are entitled to make an unlimited number of text revisions to existing web pages based on the number of hours you purchase under the plan. This includes redesigning web pages, or adding, deleting or editing graphics on the web pages, adding new pages, and/or new programming.

A website maintenance package lowers the hourly rates you pay, and should you need more hours than are covered by your contract, those additional hours will be billed at the same hourly rate as your maintenance contract--lower than they would be if you requested updates purely on an as-needed basis. Any unused hours per month in a package are non-refundable. We reserve the right to determine what is redesign and what is maintenance, but typically redesign includes a change of layout and design of the site, while maintenance is simply making changes to an existing site utilizing its current layout and design.

With regards to website maintenance, although we make every effort to make accurate changes, it is the client's responsibility to review updates and notify us of any necessary changes and corrections that need to be made. We do not charge for correction designer error. However, if a change needs to be made due to client error, the regular hourly update fees will be charged. Updates should be provided in electronic form; any retyping or scanning we must do adds to your costs. Updates and maintenance done on an as-needed basis are charged a minimum 1/2 hour charge, and are done at our regular hourly rate
